  • You must make sure that the hinge pins are not damaged because if pins are damaged the lighter will be shaky after using the tool.

  • Steps for fixing:

  • 1. Remove hinge pins.

  • 2. Disassemble upper lid from the case.

  • 3. Put the hinge pin in the tool you will begin to fix.

  • 4. Use the tool and force it ( Its recommended that the lighter is very stable maybe use a vise (rubber tip) to prevent scratching the lighter.

  • 5. After the part is fixed, remove the hinge pin and add it to the other part and make same steps.

  • Don't tighten the hinge very much ( You need it only not loose)
