It seems to be a not-for-sale novelty deck that you could get if you purchased 200,000 yen at Hysteric Glamour more than 20 years ago.

So it is a vintage board of a rare product that you can never get normally now.

The trucks are AWAKE x VENTURE 90's with those days. 

If you skate, please use your own deck tape.
