Book is in good condition. The covers and spine have a lot of wear wear, have some (if any) scratches/scuffs/marks/dirty, and some of the corners/edges are dented and/or worn through. There are hospital stamps on the inside front cover and first page, the first page has about a 1 inch rip near the top, the rest of the inside looks good.
