Handmade Cat in the Hat Dr Seuss Girls Sz 4 5 6 Ruffle Skirt Top Costume - cute and unique.
One shoulder top with corset tie in back, elastic waist on skirt, layers of ruffles, separate belted piece - I'm actually not sure where that fits into the outfit. I believe it is a belt but must wrap around a couple of times before tying because it is long (24 in plus the ribbon)
No tag size so please look at measurements carefully. Seems to fit size 5 best.
Top length: 16.25 in ~ Skirt length: 12 in ~ Waist: 15 in (unstretched - has elastic band/stretch)
