Shipping Policy:

We ship to confirmed address and buyers are usually required to sign the parcel upon receipt, this is for safety  reasons for buyers and us. If an item is returned back to us or to the courier depot for wrong address or buyers non-acceptance for a reason, buyer will have to pay re-sending/stocking charges and in case of refund, deduction of shipping charges.

Tracking number will be provided after the shipment.

In case of unavailability of your item size in our stocks due to any issue, we'll ship it directly from our overseas manufacturing premises.

We also request our buyers to let us know their contact during the checkout process or message as separately as we require that for shipping and delivery purpose only. Return Policy:

We have 30 days returns and refund policy. Items must be sent back in unused condition with all tags attached. Return cost is customer's responsibility.

Unfortunately we cannot replace or accept return of used items replacement shipping charges are to be paid by buyer unless we have sent a faulty or significantly not as described items. Refunds due to wrong size selection, did not like the item, change my mind etc., will be issued after deducting shipping amount even if the original shipping is FREE due to any promotion because the shipping is apparently paid by us.
