Simply add 2 - 4 cap-fulls of the sauna scent to a sauna bucket full of water  (about 1 gallon) . Each ladle of water added to the sauna stones will create a steam that diffuses the scent throughout the sauna. Scent quantity is enough for approximately 10 - 20 buckets. 

Shake before use. Rinse the bucket after use. Don’t leave the bottle in a hot sauna.
