Item: A small play wringer washer that was made by C G Wood, the predecessor to Girard Toys

Turn the cranks and the wringer works, turn the other crank and the plunger goes up and down and turns. It has a rubber gasket at the top so it could actually be used.

C G Wood started making toys in 1906 and later went by the name Girard toys. In 1934 Girard was bought by their top salesman, Louis Marx
