1. The tetrafluoroethylene sealing belt is made of pure polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin through pressing and high-temperature stretching. It has low friction coefficient, chemical corrosion resistance, good sealing performance, and high tensile strength. It is suitable for sealing reaction kettles, steam transmission generators, and various special-shaped cans and barrels.
2. Tetrafluoroethylene sealing tape retains the excellent chemical corrosion resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene, with reliable chemical stability. Except for elemental fluorine, alkali metals in molten state, which act under high temperature and pressure, and perfluorochloroalkanes, which cause slight swelling (swelling does not affect sealing), it does not react with any other chemical substances.
3. Tetrafluoro sealing tape has good flexibility and compression resilience, and can be bent arbitrarily. The higher the internal medium pressure, the greater the sealing force. It can replace various types of tetrafluoro gaskets at flange sealing positions under medium and low pressure, especially suitable for and can replace various pads with larger diameters.
