As Photographer J.J. Young Jr. lamented in his caption, "Ah, for the warm, glorious days of autumn when one could...." THE REAR COVER is a super-detailer's nightmare. The engine house crew does some "fine" adjusting on an H-5 at the then new East Wayne facility for the benefit of the local newspaper photographer for use in the ROTO section telling the city of the modern yard.
