It has a leather flap-over cover with a silver color slide-button closure.

There is a large gusseted pocket under the flap in front of an additional spacious interior main compartment. It contains a 4-pocket business card holder along with a superstructure pocket for a +1 business card or an ID card.

These compartments will accommodate your laptop, books, files and any laptop peripheries you carry (such as a cord, charger and similar items).

There is an organizational panel that will hold your pens, pencils and other small items that you don't want to get lost in the main large pockets.
