Ingredients:

Magnesium (magnesium citrate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate ).

Recommended intake:

1/4 or ½ scoop daily with a meal. Dissolve the powder in lukewarm water and drink.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.

Storage:

Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place, away from young children. Do not use if the packaging has been damaged or with the foil removed.
