Ingredients:
Whey protein blend (98%) [milk] (whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed whey protein isolate, emulsifier: soya lecithin), freeze-dried raspberry pieces (1.3%), flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).
Directions for use:
Mix approximately one scoop of powder in 180-240 ml of cold water, milk or other beverage. Stir, shake or mix until dissolved. For best results, prepare the shake 30-60 minutes after training or use it as a snack anytime as part of a balanced diet. For healthy adults, consume enough protein to meet daily protein requirements through a combination of high-protein foods and protein supplements throughout the day as part of a balanced diet and exercise programme.

Storage:
