4.The suitable mould is including 4P4C, 4P2C, 6P6C, 6P4C, 6P2C, 8P8C, 8P6C, 8P4C, 10P10C, British type, American, western-style, etc. And we can supply  4P4C, 4P2C, 6P6C, 6P4C, 6P2C, 8P8C, 8P6C, 8P4C, 10P10C. If no special requirement, we will send the machine with 8p8c mould.

 

Operation way:

1.Make sure the power is 220V (the Transformer/ Voltage Converter 110v to 220v ), single phase, plug in the power, the power indicator light

2.Turn to hand switch,adjust the height of the mold and die centrality, press the hand switch, adjusting the pressing needs of the product depth and centrality

3.Select mode of operation (pedal or automatic), the power switch to the continuous crimping switch.

4.Insert the core of wire orderly to rj45 connector, holding a wire to insert the rj45 connector into lower mould, and after upper mould pressed you need to pull out quickly.

 

Caution:

1. Don't put your finger in the mould when the machine working.

2. Don't press the leg board and make the continuous crimping function too long time. It's easy to break the mould.

3. Keep clear of the machine and sufficient lubrication, it can last the longer working life of macine.

Notice:

        This device is 220V output, if you need 110V, you need to add one convert to transfer 110v to 220v
