Instructions for wiring between circuit board and vibrating head (ceramic chip transducer):
1. The circuit board must not be energized without load;
2. Do not energize without cleaning fluid during cleaning;
3. The two lugs of the shaking head are divided into positive and negative poles, and they must not be connected in reverse;
4. The power cord must be welded on the side with two silver layers when shaking the head welding, and the other side is the vibrating surface, which can be pasted under the cleaning basin (this is the description of the components of the ceramic chip transducer); the silver layer on the ceramic chip It is not resistant to high temperatures. The temperature of the soldering iron should not exceed 280 degrees when soldering the power cord. It is best to use a constant temperature soldering iron and set the soldering iron temperature to 250 degrees;
5. The larger side of the vibrating head (with a screw hole) is the vibrating surface and can be glued to the bottom of the cleaning container. If it will be argon arc welding, screw on the screws and add glue, and tighten until the bottom is close to the steel plate;
6. There should be no gaps in the bottom of the bonding;
7. The vibrator is suitable for the range of 10CM*10CM outside the metal box;
8. Normal continuous working time should not exceed 10 minutes
