14-Days Return Policy

• If your laptop arrived but doesn’t match with the listing, damage or faulty. You must return your laptop within 14 days of delivery. We will make full refund once we received & verified your return order.
• No return/refund will be accepted, if laptop’s parts has been modified, replaced or damaged by the buyer.
• Prior to returning any laptop, buyer must send photos showing any faulty, damage or a brief reason for the return order.

Postage & Local Pick Up

• EXPRESS Australian Post or CASH payment for local pick up at Mulgrave Vic 3170 (Do not pay online, if you are going to pick up the item).
