NOT WORKING : System continues to boot with card installed. No Video output.  

When I put a known working PCI card into the a PCI slot to check if this card is detected at all by the system, the system won's recognize the PCI card as primary display.  Therefore it likely thinks that this AGP card is working.  All of this before OS boot.

Anyway, if someone wants it.....

9/5/23 Lowered price to move.  Scrap guy will take it if not, all good. It's bad, but kinda nostalgic / rare, if your on the fence don't wait.
