This is a rustic metal garden flower pot holder. It has some wear and rust marks here and there, as you can see in the pictures, also it is a bit loose and needs tightening up, but overall it is in good condition. The measurements are
Height of outside is 28 inches.
Height of inside rim is 20 inches.
The rim is 15.5 inches round.
