Please use the following measurements for a correct fit.  I'm pretty sure this was Handmade and there is no tag.  Good vintage condition. 

From the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the dress is 31 inches.  Armpit to armpit measures 13 inches.  The waist is 13 inches.
