Vintage Glass Globe Decanter w/ Stopper Floral Etched Ivy Baccarat?.

Has a small chip at the opening. You don’t see it when the stopper is in. The neck is very nicely ground: smooth. Has a beautiful etched ivy/floral pattern. Feels so quality made. Gorgeous in person. It appears to be Baccarat, but isn’t marked, so I can’t confirm it is.
