Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone and Rachel McAdams star in this comedy drama directed by Cameron Crowe. Military man Brian Gilcrest (Cooper) is being sent back from his station in Kabul to his former stomping ground of the US space program in Hawaii. With his old boss Carson Welch (Bill Murray) expressing an interest in wanting him back on his team, Gilcrest meets his new Air Force watchdog Allison Ng (Stone) and faces up to past torments in the shape of ex-girlfriend Tracy (McAdams). When Brian meets Tracy's family, husband Woody (John Krasinski) and their two children Gracie and Mitchell (Danielle Rose Russell and Jaeden Lieberher), he realises that her life has moved on and his must too.
