All borders are new and unused.  In some instances one of the borders in a bundle may have been opened to enable the pattern to be photographed.

If you are buying a prepasted border then it may be worth adding your own adhesive as I cannot guarantee the original paste will be any good due to the age of the items.

I use recycled packaging where possible so you may find all sort of weird and wonderful things protecting your items as they wing their way to you!
