In very good condition.  Note that there is surface wear; black paint is chipped away from backs of shoes and there is a 1" hairline crack on the top of the hat that runs from the coin entrance.  There is also a hairline crack that runs along the bottom of his left shoe.

He is 8 3/4" tall.
