This 5.5" x 8" softcover has 56 pages and was printed in 1965. There is some fading/tanning on the cover along with some light soiling. The pages do have some tanning, mostly around the edges. (see pics) 

Book does have some great illustrations inside. Produced and printed in Dallas, Texas.
