This is the NTSC-J version for Japanese region consoles (this title was unreleased outside of Japan). You will be aware as to whether you can play Japanese games on your Saturn console or not, but just for the avoidance of any doubt!
The game comes complete in it's original case with instruction manual, spine card and registration card. This is the Limited Edition version that features a calendar on the reverse side of the rear insert (see second picture).
This is from my personal video game collection and has been with me for 20+ years. It is in collectors quality condition. The disc itself is superb, as are all the documentation. It comes tested in perfect working order (the game has a wonderful anime intro which is fab in itself even before the game begins). My Buy-it-Now is the lowest you could find this game for on eBay (at time of listing) and half the price of getting a copy from Japan.
I am downsizing my collection, so this get to go to a new home. As a collector of video games for over 25 years, you can be assured that this has been well looked after and stored in a consistent temperature environment over the years.
