Shipping: Cycling Avenue can deliver your product across Canada and the United States, excluding to PO Boxes. Please refer to our shipping and payments section for complete details. Certain restrictions do apply. An upcharge will be added for orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Alaska.  Additional charges may also be applied for XL-XXL sized bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes, and fat bikes. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information by email. You can either track your package directly on your Cycling Avenue account or on the shipping carrier's website.

Packaging and assembly:  You will receive your bike safely wrapped up in a box. Most bicycles will be shipped with the handlebars, front and/or rear wheel, and seatpost removed. An assembly guide, as well as a multi-purpose tool, will be included in the box to make sure you can get your new bike up and running as easily and as fast as possible.
