An outstanding copy of a very early Mad Magazine from 1957 -- back when Alfred E. Neuman had just started making his appearance on the covers!  Although I'm not a professional grader, I would give this a grade of VERY FINE (8.0).  Please SEE THE PICTURES.  The magazine has intact staples and pages throughout.  There is very light wear of the front cover with some light creasing along the right edge, some like stress lines of the spine, and an extremely thin horizontal scratch going part way across Alfred's head.  There are two very small tears at the ends of the spine, mostly visible from the back of the copy.   The pages are in really night shape with some very light creasing of the edges of the early pages  The back cover has very light wear.  All in all, a terrific add to your collection of a classic Mad Magazine from its very early days!
