Gorgeous Edwardian copper and brass Duplex dual-wick hanging oil lamp with opaque white shade.

A complete Duplex hanging oil lamp from the early 20th century.  Ready to hang in any spacious room, veranda or patio.  The bracket is sturdy brass, from which the oil lamp can be removed to stand on its own.  The font is moulded copper, and the burner and the shade holder unscrew from the font.  The two wicks are controlled by the branded "Duplex Made in England" knobs.  The shade is smooth milk white opaque glass.  The whole apparatus hangs from an inset hook which turns freely.  A genuine Edwardian piece and not a reproduction.

I've not had it filled nor lit, but everything appears to be in working order.

The piece is in fine antique condition.  Very minor indentations to the copper from 100+ years of contact with the bracket.  There is an old repair to the font - photographed, and the shade holder could perhaps use a gentle straightening.  The Welco glass chimney is also probably a bit later.  But overall very good condition.

The bracket is 64cm tall and 41cm wide.  The lamp on its own is 40cm tall from the base of the font to the top of the chimney, and the diameter of the shade is 26cm.
