Within 7 - 10 days to receive your item  with good conditions as high speed delivery.

For  Hawaii and Alaska, extra charge US$30 would be applied for  quarantine  inspectors.

One box can contain 1- 12 items (depends on item size/species), if you do not have import permit.

To save your ship cost, multi purchase is most welcome to combine item  in one box.

Payment : By PayPal & Payoneer  are acceptable. Payment must be made within 5 days after auction ended. Any  pending payment takes longer than 1 week and no response; we will report  eBay for unpaid items. No any exceptional case.

 Phytosanitary Certificate: We provide  phytosanitary certificate as FREE of  charge for all shipments.

Shipment :  Shipment will be made within 7 days ++ after well payment receipt.  Items are LIVE and we cannot ship them out immediately since they have  to be well prepared for phytosanitary  certificate application and to ensure that they are strong  enough to make long trip across overseas to you.

     

Refund /  Replacements : Only in case of plants arrived  customers dead, we are willing to entertain your claim, but we can do it only once. Either to refund or send replacement items, we need evidence  of photo for approval. Replacements would be made for new items but  customer pay ship cost. Refund would be made only plant cost, excluding  ship cost.
