Cute vintage 40s 50s era navy blue hat that appears to be a stiffened textured fabric with blue velvet bow embellishment at the back. The hat is covered with a navy blue veil enhanced with pink dots.
The edges of the hat are trimmed in blue velvet. The hat is adjustable and measures 12 1/2 inches side to side and 9 1/2 inches front to back.
