DRAFTING THE ARTICLES OF CONDFEDERATION Commemorative Vintage Postcard York, PA
Good condition. Postcard shows wear from age, use and storage. Wear may include some yellowing and or tanning, creases/edge dents, edge and/or corner wear as well as stains. It could also have some writing and/or ink marks on front and back. My understanding is that it was stamped on Nov 15, 1977 by "York Stamp Club STA York, PA" to commemorate the attached new 13 cent stamp as the Continental Congress met in York, PA. Standard size.
