1957 Wire Photo Judge Kenneth Chantry being released from the Flying Finn twins

This is an original press photo. A policeman opens the handcuffs connecting Superior Court Judge Kenneth Chantry to Charles Finn, after Finn and his brother George -- the flying Finn twins -- handcuffed the judge outside City Hall today. The Finns said they were making a citizen's arrest on charges of fraud, theft and conspiracy to deprive them of property they own, namely a war surplus transport plane they have been seeking clear title to for years, in end out of court.
