Book is in good condition. The covers and spine have some wear, have some (if any) creases/scratches/scuffs/marks/dirty, and some of the corners/edges are peeling up. There are stamps on the inside front and back covers, there are pen marks on the inside front cover and first page, the rest of the inside looks good.
