Shipping:

Orders are shipped the same day or the next day, depending on the time of purchase. We always package the items with great care. For shipment outside Europe we arrange all export documentation needed for customs clearance.

Transport fee:

The transport fee is based on shipment overseas to the US and Canada. We usually ship with PostNL, they charge 33 euro per package (insurance included). If the product is shipped to Europe the transport fee is lower, send us a message to learn more about the transport fee for your country.

International buyers note:

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

  o These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  o Check your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs are prior to buying.

- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company.

- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”.
