This item is covered for 30 days. You can return a product within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returns are subject to a 20% non-refundable processing fee, unless not as described/defective. Warranty does NOT include any accidental/incidental damages such has broken screens, water damage, etc. 


PLEASE DO NOT OPEN UP A RETURN REQUEST. MESSAGE US FIRST AND WE WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS BEST AS WE COULD. RETURN REQUESTS USUALLY DELAY OUR RETURNS PROCESS.
