USB mouse / joypad adapter for Amiga / Atari ST / Commodore 8-bit machines (C64, C128 etc).

The device has been extensively tested with success with many wireless and wired devices. No modifications are needed for Amiga computers.

Device works in one the following modes:

  1. Amiga (with scroll, TankMouse driver and Freewheel app required)
  2. Atari 16-bit
  3. Commodore 64 GEOS - emulates 1351 mouse

Tikus also supports USB joypads (digital only, no analog inputs - for example SNES Buffalo). USB joypad works with either of the above modes.

Bottom LEDs indicate the following:

  • green LED flashing rapidly after power up (for about 5 seconds): initialisation, you can enter configuration mode (read below)
  • green LED solid: USB device properly detected, Tikus is ready to use
  • red LED blinks: no USB device detected

Configuration

  1. To enter configuration mode, press right mouse button when green LED starts flashing on power up
  2. Press left mouse button - mode counter will be increased and red LED will blink number of times equal to the mode counter value:
    • 1 blink - Amiga mode
    • 2 blinks - Atari ST mode
    • 3 blinks - Commodore 1351 mouse emulation
  3. Press right mouse button to save configuration and exit configuration mode

When mode counter reaches last mode it will cycle to first one.
