Payment Policy

When a customer choose to pay for their order using any of our enabled payment methods that we have integrated in the payment section of checkout.

Please Note: Before dispatching your order we must receive payment. If you have any issues with payments please get in contact with us as soon as possible. PayPal is the preferred payment method.

Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched every day and you should receive your order within 2-5 days. If your order does not turn up within this timeframe please get in contact with us via ebay ASAP so we are able to track your order. We ship every day Monday - Sunday but most of our couriers ship Monday - Friday.

We choose our delivery couriers carefully to ensure that your order is delivered to you in an efficient and safe manner. Our current main couriers are Eviri, Yodel & Royal Mail. For larger orders we use Eviri & Yodel. For smaller postable items we use Royal Mail.

Standard orders are not always sent tracked and other couriers may require a signature.

Return Policy

We hope you will love your purchase. However we understand if you wish to return the item that is why we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation

If the buyer cancels an order before it has been dispatched we will process your refund for you. However if the buyer cancels after dispatch we will need the items returned before we can process the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 9 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
