Brand New MotorKing UPGRADED Inside Interior Door Handle.
98-03 Mercedes Benz CLK320, CLK430, CLK55 AMG Models:
There are 2 door handles on each car. One for left driver side one for right
passenger side.
Each door puller comes with 5 screw holes. 2 upper & 2 lower tighten against to
door panel.
One screw at the center is the main support between the large metal door to the
door panel.
The center support area insufficient design causes of commonly door puller
breaks apart. The
dealer Only available in A complete expensive door panel. Many of door panel had
discontinued.
MotorKing redesign added 8 additional supports to reinforce the weak area causes
the commonly
Broken problem. Ensure it long lasting out last the OE design. Repair it not
replacing the complete
expensive door panel.
Driver and Passenger Side Door Puller Remove and Installation Procedure
Tool Requires
1)8 mm socket
2)A Small Socket Extension
3)A Rachet
4)Phillip Head Screwdriver
1) After the door panel remove, lei it down on a table or a bench.
2) Use the rachet connecting to a small extension & 8 mm socket to remove two
8mm screws
from rear of the door panel near by the door handle opening area.
3) Use A Phillip Head screwdriver to remove 2 Phillip screws, pull out the old
handle from front
of door panel,
4) Install the new door handle to the panel.
Note: Do not over tighten the screws,
10-12 ft Lbs. to 8mm screws,
6-8 ft Lbs. to Phillip screws.
