Magnesium water:
Dissolve 20 g of Nigari in 1 liter of water. Keep the drink in the refrigerator and drink 150-200 ml before each meal.
Instructions for use:
Dissolve in water or other liquid, you can add lemon juice for better taste.
Composition: a natural product entirely composed (95%) of crystals of hexahydrated marine magnesium chloride MgCl2, 6H2O.
Traces of gluten grains, soy, nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews) and sesame are possible.
Storage:
In a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 ºC. After opening, keep tightly closed to preserve all its qualities as much as possible. Keep away from children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product is a food supplement and does not replace a healthy and varied diet.
Do not take Nigari with kidney failure or hepatitis!
