Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old stock temperature sending unit switch, Motorcraft / Ford part number SW-1345 & D6LZ-10884-A.  According to my Motorcraft Switch Manual, this is used on the following models and years:

  The sending unit is is in brand new, never used condition and is free of any damage.  Cast on the piece is 4A04. The original box is in fair condition.
