Instructions for use:
dissolve 2 g of flakes in no less than 350 ml of liquid. They can be taken directly, one hour before a meal, or added to smoothies or other thickening dishes, as well as a base for cakes and savory pastries. Do not take undissolved fiber or in "lumps", because of the risk of getting into the trachea.
