Cost Plus World Market Picture Frame.  This is in like new condition with no visible flaws or signs of use.   The crown at the top is made of heavy cast iron.  The frame is attached to the crown with a length of rope.    Frame is made of wood and has a distressed appearance.    It is made to hold a 4"x 6" photograph.    Please note, 3R is written in black sharper marker on the backing of the frame.    Measurement from top of crown to bottom edge of frame shows in the last photo with tape measure....it's just slightly over 14 inches.
