The shipments are always made on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure the fish arrive in good condition.

If there is a DOA: Refunds are accepted as long as photos are taken within two hours of the arrival of the fish. These photos need to show all the fish in the closed bag. If the refund is accepted, the shipping cost previously paid won't be refunded.
