There is one ashtray with a cat on it's side, and 2 upright figurines. The ashtray is approximately 3.5 inches long, 1 inch tall and about 2.5 inches wide/deep. The mother cat figurine (folded tail) is approximately 3 inches tall, 3.5 inches long, 1.5 inches wide/deep. The kitten (stub tail) is approximately 1.75 inches tall, 2 inches long, and just less than an inch wide/deep. a few scuff marks (red showing) on the ashtray and kitten. Mother cat paint is great.
