The TRACK SEPARATION function allows you to control the VOCAL, DRUMS and INST parts that make up a piece of music just by loading the song as you normally would with a DJ. The color-coded buttons for each part provide a visual indication of what is being played at all times, delivering innovative performance not possible with traditional DJ equipment. It is possible to create infinitely creative performances, depending on your imagination, using the music library you normally use.

■Evolved ON JOG DISPLAY to enable customization of display information

ON JOG DISPLAY, an evolution of the "DDJ -1000" DJ controller, allows you to select all 4 types of information to be displayed. New functions MIX POINT LINK operation information, rekordbox vocal position analysis information, PERFORMANCE PADS status and other necessary information for playing can be checked at hand. In addition, waveforms can be displayed in 3 Band waveforms (only when using rekordbox), similar to our company flagship multiplayer CDJ -3000.

■New MIX POINT LINK function to connect songs seamlessly and smoothly

The new rekordbox's MIX POINT LINK function makes it possible to seamlessly and smoothly connect musical developments in the mix. For example, you can link points where the music in the mix switches, such as when the rust of the current song ends, the rust of the next song begins, and reserve the start of the next song.

This eliminates the need to press the PLAY button at the right time, allowing you to use your free time for creative operations using mashups, effects, and more.
