Eddie Cusack is a cop who just plays by his rules. A dangerous thing, especially now that he's breaking the police "code of silence" to uncover a hushed-up scandal within his own ranks. As an outsider, he can no longer rely on the help of his colleagues when he gets caught between the fronts of two rival gangs. With a cunning plan he wants to bust a cocaine dealer ring, the Comacho clan. But the brutal competition in the drug business, the mafia, forestalls Cusack. In a blitz, she strikes and the Comacho family loses cocaine, dollars and the lives of some members. The war between the syndicates breaks out. Cusack, who has lost his superior's backing as a result of the botched action, takes up the fight on his own. As a one-man army, his strongest weapons are his wits, lightning-fast karate punches, and a special surprise: the "Prowler," a remote-controlled, missile-equipped mini-tank. With that he goes into the all-important battle.
