Safety Precautions:
Open the package and examine the following items:
The range of working temperature of inverter should be -20℃~40℃. The inverter should not be operated at full load in the environment over 40℃. If it is required to be operated in the environment over 40℃, please follow the specification of 100% decrease at excessive 1℃.
The optimal working temperature of battery is 20℃~30℃. The application of battery in the environment over 30℃ will reduce its service life, while the application in the environment less than 20℃ will shorten its backup time.
The front and back panel of inverter should be 60mm away from the wall or adjacent equipment at least.Do not cover the ventilation holes on the front and back panel of inverter, otherwise it will obstacle the ventilation and heat dissipation and thus increase the temperature inside the equipment and affect its service life.
It should be confirmed that the switch of inverter is off and the equipment is placed properly before the electrical cable connection.
Do not reverse the positive and negative connection, otherwise it may damage the inverter.
The procedure for electrical cable connection of inverter is as follows:
Put the switch of inverter at OFF state.
Connect the terminals of storage battery to the positive and negative poles of storage battery: the positive terminal of storage battery should be connected to the positive pole, while the negative terminal of storage battery should be connected to the negative pole.
It should be confirmed that the connection between the terminals and poles of storage battery is well, otherwise it may cause the heating of cable.
Turn on the switch and start the inverter.
Connect the load with the AC output socket on the output side panel of inverter.
1. The AC output of this equipment should not be connected in parallel or with the power grid in any form, otherwise it may burn down the equipment.
2. To guarantee the safety and normal operation, the load power should be increased gradually and the total power of electrical appliances should not exceed the rated power of this equipment.
3. When using the inductive load, the load power should be selected by 2-3 times.
4. Because of the excessive transient start-up current for the vacuum pump and motor, other electrical equipments should be turned off before starting it. The frequent start-up is strictly forbidden.
5. The equipment should be installed in the place beyond the access of indoor personnel and with the good ventilation. This equipment should not be covered with other materials. There should be no inflammables or explosives around.
6. Do not access the battery with unspecified voltage to the input terminal of equipment, otherwise it may burn down the inverter.
