The photo is in Cabinet form, the dimensions of this Cabinet photo is are 16.5cm by 10.7cm and was designed to be displayed in a cabinet. The photo is mounted on thick card that is printed with the photographers details, it reads:

The photo has a stock number written in hand '73031@'. The back is inscribed with a delightful dedication:
