Here we have an interesting
early model cast iron square ridged SKILLET-GRILL
with a single side spout and a thick steel wire folding handle (and removable when squeezed at connection)...from Italy.
It measures approx. 9" square (add 7-1/2" for the handle) x 3/4" side high.
It
is in good to very good maintained (used) condition with no chips or cracks,
no bottom wobble - but does show some baked-on cook/heat marks (mostly in the center area.) It is being offered in "as found"
condition, not cleaned or re-seasoned since acquired, a clean and re-seasoning then
good to go.
This cast iron Skillet-Grill heats evenly, retains the
heat, and with consistent care it will last a lifetime. The bottom is
marked, "SKILLET ~ MADE IN ITALY."
Came from a private home collection of
many years, however the exact age is unknown. This
item weighs approx. 3-3/4 lbs., add 2-1/4 lbs. or so for the packing box and
packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all
items purchased.
