  • Burnt Voice Coils:

    Damage caused by excessive power or improper operation.
  • Subwoofer Enclosures: Please be aware that subwoofer enclosures are not covered under Techronics' warranty.
  1. Return Procedure:

    In the unfortunate event that you encounter a defective product, we are here to assist you. However, please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to returning defective items to Techronics and for receiving the replacement item.
    Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy:

Return for Refund / Store Credit Policy

Restocking Fee:

  • All products returned for a refund or store credit are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 60%. To be eligible for a full refund or store credit, the item must be in BRAND NEW condition, with no missing components such as screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, or protective films. Non-Refundable Charges:
