More Specific Installation Steps

 

  1. Make sure the power is off to the unit (Find the main switch that controls the heater and turn off the power)
  2. Unscrew the 4 screws on the control keypad
  3. Take out the control keypad (be careful not to pull too hard)
  4. Disconnect the long ribbon cable of the display board
  5. Unscrew these 2 screws and release the short ribbon cable of the control keypad
  6. Reinstall the new display board according to the removal steps
